Secure your room with a $100 deposit through our travel agency: barefootbridal.com/baileymatt. A payment in the amount of 50% per booking is due on June 25, 2025. The remaining balance will automatically be drafted to the card on file on October 3, 2025. All details are provided on barefootbridal.com/baileymatt

Yes! Private round trip group transfers will be coordinated for you. Flights must be submitted by October 30, 2025. Transfers are $55 per person and will be automatically added to your total invoice amount. Please call our travel agency with any questions.

Any payments made towards bookings, except for travel insurance, are fully refundable if requested in writing to groups@barefootbridal.com by 5:00pm Eastern the day before June 25, 2025. If a cancellation request is not made in time, all moneys paid towards travel will be nonrefundable.
